I conduct therapy via Zoom and phone. Some clients prefer strictly video or phone and others prefer to alternate between the two. Typically, individual sessions are 45 minutes and couples sessions are 45 minutes or 90 minutes. For clients in crisis or in need of more time, I offer longer sessions and more frequent sessions.

I am an out-of-network provider so I am not in-network with any insurance companies. However, I can provide you with superbills for reimbursement. You can call your insurance company and ask about your eligibility for reimbursement. Some employers also offer an employee assistance program or an employee wellness program that can contribute to the cost of therapy.

Here are some questions to ask an insurance representative:

1.  Does my plan include “out-of-network” coverage for mental health?

2.  What is my annual deductible for mental health benefits?

3.  What is my co-insurance?

4.  Is there a limit on the number of sessions my plan will cover each year?

Since your session time is reserved exclusively for you, there is a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours of the session time, you will be charged for the session. Please limit your cancelations. If you have to reschedule and it is within 48 hours of your session, I will do my best to accommodate a reschedule within the same week assuming our availability matches. I understand occasional reschedules.

My current rate is $190 for individual sessions and $205 for couples and family sessions.

I allocate a limited number of sliding scale slots to those experiencing financial hardship. Please contact me for further details.

I work Monday through Thursday with limited availability Fridays.
